At Boma NZ we equip leaders to build cultures of courage.
To foster brave, innovative and high-trust teams.
To tackle tough conversations and rise from setbacks.
Founded on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building programme, delivered by Boma New Zealand CEO and Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator Kaila Colbin.
Brené has spent two decades studying shame and more than seven years specifically looking at leadership. During her research, she interviewed leaders from all over the world — from Fortune 100 companies, non-profits, public sector entities, and more — and asked one question: what is the future of leadership?
Remarkably, their answers pointed to one thing: we need braver leaders.
The most significant finding from Brené’s latest research, and the foundation of Dare to Lead™, is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable.
This free 90-minute interactive introduction to Dare to Lead™ is your ideal starting point for diving into courageous leadership. See this page to learn more about Dare to Lead™.
