At Boma, we carefully curate each event to create the ultimate environment for your learning. This includes booking event elements well in advance and limiting cohort sizes to ensure an intimate programme experience.

If you are experiencing symptoms of any contagious illness, such as gastro, flu, or COVID-19, or are a household contact, we ask that you please stay home and, at no charge, either:

a) Transfer your ticket to someone else in your organisation

b) Defer your ticket to a different programme

c) If transfer or deferment are not possible, have your ticket refunded

If you are unable to attend a Boma event for any other reason, you can:

a) Transfer your ticket to someone else in your organisation at no charge

b) Defer your ticket to a different Boma programme by submitting a deferment payment of $500 + GST or 50% of the ticket purchase price (whichever is less)

These options also apply if we cancel or reschedule an event for any reason.

Unless you are unwell, or we have cancelled or rescheduled an event, we do not offer refunds.
