Dare To Lead™ Workshop

Who we are is how we lead.

Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building programme, led by Boma New Zealand CEO and Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator Kaila Colbin.

The Dare To Lead™ content has provided me with a framework to evaluate my own leadership, to examine what I’m bringing to it, how I interact in different roles, and be more aware of my whole self. It was amazing.
