Confidently drive equity in your workplace and community.

A one-day workshop on understanding the equity challenge in Aotearoa and the leadership required to activate change, facilitated by Dr Hana O’Regan, Tumu Whakarae / CEO of Tātai Aho Rau Core Education.

“Ensuring equity must be a consideration for all people leaders. This course enables you to understand what sits behind inequity and how we, as a community, need to align and support each other to address it.”

— Tanya Houghton; Chief Executive Officer, Farmlands

Join us for a one-day workshop on Equity for Leaders, facilitated by renowned leader in Māori development, Treaty rights, language advocacy, and education, Dr Hana O’Regan.

This interactive workshop will provide context of the equity debate in Aotearoa, followed by an exploration of individual experiences and understanding of equity at a personal and organisational level. You’ll enhance your awareness of historic inequities and how they flow through to today, and gain insight into the three equity lenses: equity mindset, equity by design, and equity in action

In this interactive workshop you’ll engage in discussions — reflecting on your own experiences and personal relationship with equity in your sector. Come prepared to elevate your level of compassion and commitment to addressing inequity, and take away practical tools to take action.
