Navigate the rocky waters of equity and biculturalism in Aotearoa — with confidence.

Gain critical context for Tiriti conversations. Understand how to appropriately engage with equity in an organisational environment. Become informed, aware, and equipped to take action.

Facilitated by renowned leader in Māori development, Treaty rights, language advocacy, and education, Dr Hana O’Regan, this workshop will provide context to the equity debate in Aotearoa. It will also explore individual experiences and understanding of equity at a personal and organisational level.

Enhance your awareness of historic inequities and how they flow through to today. Explore thorny questions in a safe environment.

You’ll leave with deeper knowledge and a richer understanding, prepared to tackle the topic out in the real world.

  • When does it end?

  • What’s my responsibility here?

  • Is this really something we need to pay attention to?

  • Doesn’t equity just mean treating everyone equally?
