About Jennifer Langton
Jennifer Langton is an award-winning strategic executive known for her transformative impact across industries. As Senior Vice President of Innovation and Player Health at the NFL, she pioneered the “Digital Athlete,” an AI-driven platform that revolutionizes injury prediction and prevention in sports. Her initiatives led to a strategic partnership with AWS and a $60 million Engineering Roadmap that significantly improved athlete safety, setting new standards for the industry.
Previously, Jennifer served as Vice President of Finance for Business Ventures at the NFL, where she negotiated a $1 billion NFL Apparel rights deal and developed the league’s first successful two-game series in London. As CFO for North America at Atari, she restored profitability through strategic restructuring and new licensing agreements.
An All-American lacrosse player, Jennifer’s resilience stems from personal challenges, including a career-ending injury and the loss of her mother to cancer. These experiences drive her advocacy for women in business and her original “Langton” Roadmap, which encourages individuals to embrace their uniqueness.
Jennifer holds an MBA from NYU Stern and an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, where she established the Jennifer Langton Bicentennial Scholars Fund to support young female lacrosse student-athletes. Recognized by AWS as a leader in innovation, she has received accolades for her contributions to athlete performance technology and has appeared on CNBC and FOX Business.
Now, Jennifer is committed to inspiring others through keynote speeches at prestigious events and offering advisory services that empower individuals and organizations to embrace innovation, inspire change, and lead with purpose.
